Our goals is to bridge the gap by giving catalyst careers to entry level individuals to become gainfully employed by employers who offer educational assistance funds to further their careers.
F.L.Y.E
Our F.L.Y.E program is Financial Literacy for Young Entrepreneurs. More and more millenials have moved away from traditional means of earning money through collegiate accomplishments. Our partnerships with local financial institution affords Imperium Economic Innovators the resources to mentor and provide funds needed for new small businesses to succeed.
Transitional Housing
No one left outside provides re-entry housing for individuals that have transitioned from incarceration with temporary housing, educational readiness and employment.
Transformation Closet
Our transformation program teaches soft skills through our career pathway workshops. It is designed to foster self confidence, which is a much needed quality when job hunting.
Participant's who complete the 8-series workshop will be given a "Interview outfit" donated from clothing stores within the community. They also will be inviting to our quarterly networking event to talk with local employers for unique job opportunities.
